Der Spiegel’s New Canteen Design Showcasing Their Journalistic Philosophy

German news magazine Der Spiegel moved into its new publishing house in Hamburg’s HafenCity development and commissioned Ippolito Fleitz Group to create a new employee canteen .Overcoming the challenges of redesigning an iconic space, Ippolito Fleitz Group created the canteen as to reflect the magazine’s “journalistic philosophy as much as its culture of dialogue“, resulting in a mirror-based design.
