Oak House

This large single-family house is built around a centuries-old oak, to which the owners were very attached.
The masses, arranged in a plastic fashion overlap and intersect, while the wide trasparent sufaces offer different and varied views on the big tree and the countryside.
The project deals with landscape with an attitude of observation and contemplation, underlying the frequent shift of focus from the interior to the exterior, blurring the borders between these two.
