Split House

Designed by TWS & Partners, Split House is located in the very dense residential area in West Jakarta, the typology of residential is divided by several housing land lots, usually designed in rows that each is separated by a street. The name of “Split House”, related to the concept visualizes two houses with slope roof that stand on two different land lots. One of them is rotated 180 degrees, so they are opposing each other.
